Multi-use venues require flexibility without compromise. The same space may host speech, music and immersive content. EDC loudspeaker platforms adapt through precise control rather than hardware changes, and performance remains predictable regardless of configuration. One system serves multiple roles.
Choosing the right platform
When coverage consistency is the primary goal, software-defined beamforming platforms are used. When immersive realism and spatial accuracy are required, Volumetric Wavefield systems are used. When containment and localised delivery are critical, Octoid and Quadoid loudspeakers are used. All platforms are general-purpose; the difference lies in which dimension of precision is emphasised.
