Who we are
This website is operated by EDC Acoustics LLC, 2840 Guilder Drive, Suite 200, Plano, TX 75074, USA. Questions about this policy: sales@edcacoustics.com.
What we collect
Enquiries. When you submit a contact or evaluation request form we receive the details you enter — name, organisation, email, phone and message — and use them only to respond to you. Forms include a hidden anti-spam field; no other data is collected by them.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which documents are downloaded. IP addresses are anonymised and the analytics script loads only after you interact with the page. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking third-party scripts.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and performance.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its standard cookies when it loads.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, other than the service providers above and, where you ask to be contacted by a distributor or representative, the relevant partner.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to processing, by emailing the address above.
