EDC Acoustics develops technologies that control how sound behaves in real spaces. Rather than broadcasting sound broadly and correcting problems after they occur, our systems shape sound behaviour at the source — controlling where sound goes, how it is perceived, and where it does not belong.

Why conventional approaches fall short

Most audio systems radiate sound broadly into a space.

Sound interacts with walls, ceilings and architectural surfaces before it reaches listeners, creating reverberation, echoes, uneven coverage, unstable spatial imaging and environmental noise spill. Additional processing, acoustic treatment and complex system designs are then used to manage the consequences. EDC technologies address these problems by preventing them.
