Each Volumetric Wavefield Synthesis system is designed to meet project requirements and is highly customisable from foundational building blocks. The technology reconstructs the sound field throughout the listening volume rather than projecting it inward from the perimeter, so the sweet spot expands to the whole audience.
The demonstration system shown at InfoComm 2025 — custom seats with enclosed drivers plus overhead sources — is the only Volumetric Wavefield Synthesis system built to date; there are no installed client projects yet, so the first will be designed from first principles with our engineering team.
